TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All items sold are part of the VAT margin scheme. All prices are exclusive of delivery and shipping. Full legal title to items purchased is retained by Ebury Trading Ltd until the total amount payable has been received in cleared funds.

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We can arrange delivery within central London but the cost must be covered by the customer. For items outside of London and abroad, we will assist in obtaining the best possible quote from reliable Worldwide shippers. As we have no storage facility we strongly recommend that goods are collected within 10 working day of purchase, after this period goods are left at our premises at the owner's risk and storage will be charged at £10 per day.

 

PAYMENT

Payment should be made within 7 days of the date of the invoice. We accept all major credit and debit cards, however a 2% charge will be added for American Express. Cheques should be made payable to 'Ebury Trading Ltd', our full banking details are printed on our invoices.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are not obliged to offer refunds but we may offer to resell items purchased or offer a credit note. Any damage must be notified with in 24 hours of receipt of the goods with photographic proof. Purchases must be returned within 28 days in order to receive an exchange or credit note. Please not that goods must be returned in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Credits notes are valid for 6 months.
